- "A nice atmosphere - and the food is good. I can recommend the fresh home-made soups, the coffees, cakes, salads. Try one of the fruit smoothies. I like to rest there with my notebook, sometimes read a paper, book or magazine. Annette Strauch gives 5 points to the Blue Creek! The price is right, too." - Annette Strauch, Machynlleth and Germany [Oct 2007]
- "Great place to eat but hard to get a seat." - Jude [May 2006]
- "Love spending wet autumn/winter Saturday afternoons in the basement with banana cake and a hot chocolate. Service has improved greatly, everything is prepared freshly so you'll have to wait sometimes. Menus are updated regularly offering a variety of dishes. Also have a good choice of Welsh-language newspapers/magazines. Gwych!" - Dafydd Davies [Oct 2006]
- "Great menu and service although the wraps can be a bit difficult to eat without making a mess!" - George [Oct 2006]
- "The best cafe in Aber. It has a unique feel and interesting menu. The extra large coffees give you a good reason to stay for longer and order a 2nd slice of cake!" - Simon [Jan 2006]
- "Food is healthy, nutritious and delicious at bargain prices, place is modern and service is fast. As you start going more regularly the staff are friendlier. A gem in the town of Aber." - Elinor [Apr 2005]

- "Without a doubt the best cafe I've ever been in. Friendly service, excellent coffee and even better cakes! 10 out of 10!" - Tom
- "Really one of the 2 or 3 best places to eat in Aberystwyth - great food, good prices. New lounge in basement is even better." - Rich
- "Excellent food at competitive prices. Service is friendly and efficient. One downside is that it gets full quickly over lunch - so if you want a seat you need to get there early." - Neil
