Wetherspoon's (Yr Hen Orsaf)
A very successful conversion of the huge old station building. Lots of seating inside and out though not quite as striking a place as some of the other Wetherspoon's pubs. Good drink promotions, plus a decent food menu, albeit it not as cheap as it was.

- "Good pub to do some people watching from. Oh and look out for Andy 'Creeping Jesus' - little short guy with blue and black mac and sunglasses who always takes his daily walk in, around and back out of the pub each day without stopping for a drink?." - Dai the Pie
- "Cheap drinks, separate smoking and no-smoking areas, however... never anything decent in stock in terms of food, long waits for food especially on curry night. Staff are somewhat polite and courteous, although one or two are a little cocky and too familiar. Recent kitchen expansion may improve food service, however I wouldn't cross my fingers. All in all a little mismatch of a Wetherspoons. Food overpriced (2 meals for 7.29 in Aber, 2 for 5.99 in Cardiff?!)" - Anon
- "Good food though you do have to wait for a while but is usually worth it. Cheap beer though dearer than other Wetherspoons. Relaxed atmosphere if you get there straight from work - can get a bit hectic!" - Jodi, Australia
- "Looks good from the outside but a real disappointment once you get inside. Plastic and formulaic! Part outside with heaters redeems it slightly." - Leona, Dublin
